Home School Compacts
At Wolfle, parents are included in planning each student’s educational program. Each fall, parents of all students are asked to participate in the Home School Compact. It is our hope that by partnering with parents, we can better meet the specific educational needs of the individual child.
The Home School Compact outlines strategies that the student, the parent, and the teacher (school) commit to for the year as a way to try to improve student performance.
Special Education services are not listed on the Home school compact as these students have an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) developed with the parent, the teacher, and the special education staff. See the Special Education section of the Wolfle web-site for more information on IEPs. Student test scores are reviewed every February and sent home. If the Student learning Plan needs to be changed, the parents and teacher will make revisions at spring parent-teacher conferences.
If you have any questions about the Compact or LAP or Title I services, or if you have concerns about your child’s learning, please talk to your child’s teacher or with Stephanie Pugh, Wolfle Instructional Support Specialist (396-3715, email@example.com
